JEKS supports SENOK in the design and engineering of precast systems & structures, management of precast factories & sites and in soliciting and planning for new projects in Sri Lanka and East Africa. Moreover, SENOK - JEKS partnership extends into the supply of mast climbers and construction hoists for construction and oil & gas industries.

  • SENOK - Precast Concrete Manufacturing

    Precast Concrete Manufacturing

    Located in Seenigama, Southern Sri Lanka, SENOK CONCRETE operates a large precast element manufacturing factory with high-tech equipment sourced from Germany. The beds and moulds at the facility have been sourced from Nuspl Schalungsbau and the vibrators from Wacker Neuson. We also maintain batching plants around the Island to cater to all our construction sites and projects. Our precast manufacturing is backed by stringent onsite quality assurance and testing processes. SENOK maintains a testing laboratory at each site to determine the strength, grade, compression and expansion of the concrete.

    Precast Concrete Installation

    Under JEKS guidance, SENOK delivers a range of precast fabrication services such as precast concrete manufacturing and construction; advanced composite steel-concrete structures; and industrial flooring. Our precast solutions are most suitable for large and mid-scale construction including factories, warehouses, hotels, offices, hospitals, road systems, and school buildings.

    SENOK Scan-Rent is designed to provide mast climbing solutions to construction and the oil & gas industries. Our services include complete back-up support on machine installation and dismantling, supervisor services, machine maintenance and repair, project analysis, job safety analysis, engineering drawings and calculations, and acquiring all the related approvals from the authorities.
