      A network of modern workshops spread across Sri Lanka is the backbone of SENOK’s aftermarket service. Our main workshop is a 16-hectare large facility situated in Wilimbula, Henegama at the edge of Western province and features a lubricant management system, liquid water purification system, and a fully automated ERP system. SENOK’s main workshop is backed by a provincial service network with workshops in Matara, Jaffna, Vavuniya, Kandy, Anuradhapura, Embilipitiya, and Kurunegala. Operating as per the ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management System, SENOK workshops provide customers with facilities to inspect the servicing and repair process, genuine spare parts, and the service of our qualified and well-trained crews.

      SENOK’s versatile mobile technical teams provide round the clock repair service for roadside breakdowns. To ensure the fullest customer satisfaction, we have a comprehensive post-evaluation process in place. Repair work is monitored by Customer Relation Management (CRM) division to enhance our customer relations and in-house service processes.

      SENOK’s workshops are driven by groups of qualified engineers and technicians with global and local training and qualifications. All our technicians are NVQ Level 03 and 04 qualified under the National Apprentice and Industrial Training Authority (NAITA) and have received specialised training from our partner brands. To onboard our teams with the latest technology, the SENOK training division conducts internal and external training on a wide spectrum of specialities in collaboration with our global training partners.In addition to enabling our team members with up-to-date technological knowledge, we also ensure their safety at work by providing them with a safer working environment and protective equipment.
